Afrihost incompetence

If you are considering an inernet service provider, steer clear of Afrihost. It takes forever to get hold of their helpline, and once you do get hold of them, it is clear they do not pass previous information between departments. Their service is terrible, and I am still waiting to be connected after hours spent on the phone with them. My original order on 19 November 2025 has now been shifted over to 10 December 2025...hopefully. Rather opt for another service provider.
