Afrihost Incompetence

not taking customers serious yet collecting their fee at the end of each month for services NOT rendered! this is ******* to take money if you are not willing to supply the service. The call Centre staff is *********** as they are really not trying to resolve issues, not logging faults and asking the same questions over and over! Giving the same instructions as the previous person and asking for photos of the units. I have stopped counting the times i was requested to to this and that and then to send photos! i am sick and tired of this incompetence of Afrihost!
