AFRIHOST INCAPABLE PERSONEL

Incapable personnel working in call centers and whatsapp!!! Had domains registered and some parked to point to the main domain. Could not change this in My Cart and whatsapp for assistance. The person at afrihost, keep replying with the same post not rectifying the cart, changing the pointing and hosting around. Now they will let me downgrade the hosting to pointing for free but need to pay for the pointing site to make it hosting, which I tried to avoid from the start
