This ISP will NEVER take blame. Always cache on your router. This ISP also proves IMPOSSIBLE for streaming or ONLINE Gaming. Disconnects every 40 minutes to hour. Have trace them on my Broadband Speed Test app as soon as PlayStation network goes out or Xbox live ( just to make sure its not PSN or Xbox server). So guys if your a online gamer or you tube watcher, no dice on this ISP
