Afrihost - impeccable service!

I thought I needed to share as, when trying to decide on a fibre service provider, there seems to be a ton of bad reviews and not a lot of great ones. Given, all internet is bound to experience some kind of issue but I think it's the customer service and communication from your service provider that can make a bad situation a bearable one. I would HIGHLY recommend Afrihost. Their response time is quick. Their communication is magnificent and relatively painless as it can all be done on WhatsApp to an actual person, and not a robot, Their Huawei routers are beautiful. Everything was handled very quickly, professionally and communicated efficiently. Overall a great experience so far! Definitely a thumbs up for Afrihost!
