Afrihost ignores all my ADSL & Fibre support tickets

Iv been waiting for my fibre line for 5 months now, they just keep giving me the same "we're waiting on our provider" excuse. So I asked them to install adsl in the meantime about a month ago, and no response, then I complained that they're ignoring me... and still no response. They just don't take their support tickets seriously, now i'm frustrated as a mother F%*#ER !!! NXA!!!
