Afrihost. How to rip you off

So. Afrihost happens to be my service provider. I use a 1gig line. 1000 down and 100 up whick I pay for every mont. Since the 11th of September my download speed has been at 720 mbs, this is not what I pay for. I have lodged a complaint and have asked what they going to do about the 70 percent service is have received at full price. This is there respoce verbatim. Copped and pasted. This is disappointing have always recommended them to all my friends, colleagues and was planing to move all our offices across to them. Sorry Afrihost.... You are not scrupulous people
