Afrihost : How do you offer a promotion and not deliver as to commitments on the internet?
So after my previous mail and my experience as to Afrihost and their ********* behavior, they do not even have the business ethics to follow up or contact me. They have no interest in they customers and do not care about their reputation.
What a useless company, maybe they are just *********** at handling the situation as they know they are at fault and just keep quiet and think this will disappear? (This is from my experience)
Hope they can and will follow the ethical business route and defend their reputation and admit to the mistake they have made on offering a promotion and not informing the customer.

They are not ethical in business as they bill you for costs over and above a committed promotion offered and then they lie about sending out notifications!!!!!!

From my experience, this is not an honest company as they offer a promotion and state they mailed and inform the customer but have changed pricing without notification.
Very dishonest!!!!
