Afrihost hosting service support , whats app is a complete joke i have been unable get help from them for 5 days since i registered my domain. All i got was automated responses and actual responses came in 10 hours later when im sleeping. I can access my cpanel for 5 days since i registered my domain. They keep sending OTP to my old number i cant get into client zone and cpanel it requires the OTP of a number i lost , i have stated this to them over and over and over. I keep getting this reply "If you are no longer in need of assistance, please reply with CLOSE and we'll close this chat. Alternatively, please wait to be connected to an operator for assistance."
