Afrihost: hosting from hell

I was with Afrihost for a year or so, I cancelled early June. Changed my mind said I wanted to downgrade the speed as long as that could happen for July.

Long story but the short version is the support staff **** and said this was possible when it is in fact not. Now I have an end August cancel date instead of end June.

In order to escalate they insist you call a phone number instead of being able to email senior staff.
