Afrihost hosting - DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

I am terribly disappointed after yesterday's server issue. I have been impressed with Afrihost's hosting service up until now.

Yesterday my business emails were down the entire day. No one from Afrihost contacted me to warn me of this - it was only after I contacted them that they told me.

I am STILL having issues trying to set up my email account on my phone and laptop after deleting it, because it was still not working even after the server came back online.

I have tried contacting them via the "LIVE" chat option on their website but no one has EVER answered me on that platform - this is DISGUSTING!

I have now been holding on the phone for 12 minutes and have not even been put through to someone yet. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

It has told me estimated hold time is 1 minute for over 6 minutes and has now gone up to 2 minutes.

I AM FURIOUS!!!
