Afrihost host sucks reconnect my services or cancel my line and refund me

Afrihost sucks I have been without internet for the past 8 days yet I paid. I made payment on the 27th instead they didn't reconnect my line Wen I called was told that my account is suspended because my payment my bounced how the **** can an EFT payment that I made myself bounce. I was then told to summit some review form which I was told will last 72 hours it's been more than 72 hours was told to make a additional payment of R50 which I did but still no response. You guys are so unprofessional you don't even have the decency to call and provide me with feedback and I have 2 calls every time then you tell me when I call that you can't help since my account is locked whereas you took my ****en money .. please can I get my refund and cancel my account I'm sick of this ive been spending on data and airtime trying to resolve this ****
