Afrihost horrible service and Bad internet connection

This company has horrible they have the worst service. I’ve been paying for the last 3 months with absolutely not internet connection. I called in to find out, they told me I must log a ticket and wait. The fact that I’m paying and not receiving anything from their side it’s horrible
