Afrihost horrible ISP

After the bad and horrible service I recieved from Afrihost I've decided the cancel all my lines to another ISP. All my services were due to be canceled on 30 June 2023, all service is canceled, however, Afrihost decided on the 1st of July 2023 debited my account but I don't have service with them anymore. I called they told me they will refund me after 14 days hehehe 14days take money from my account 4times then told me about 14 days WOW what a service

Now one of my line its still not released by them more poor service
