Afrihost horrible experience

I've had a terrible experience dealing with this company. For starters I contacted *** advising them that I was looking for new fiber line installation, I was then advised to do the application online, much to my dismay, since the process was seamless. I did the application online and then contacted them again after not hearing anything from them in 2-3 days, only then was I told that I needed to make an upfront payment before they could process my order :(. No one bothered to tell me about this when I called the first time. On the same call, I was advised that an email was sent to me and then I needed to follow instructions on that link to make payment. Okay, I made the payment as advised and then the waiting game started; I contacted them via call on 07-10-2022 and I was told endless nonsensical stories then was promised that a fault will be logged and they shared a ref. Fast forward, I contact them again on 12-10-2022 after no resolution and yet again promises were made after I made a simple request for a refund since they aren't able to provide me with the service I'm looking for. The inept agent that attempted to assist me was just clutching at straws making no sense. AGAIN I REPEAT AFRIHOST; SINCE YOU FAILED TO ASSIST ME, PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY I WILL GO TO A PROVIDER THAT UNDERSTANDS SLA'S.
