Afrihost horrible

Absolutely pathetic service trying to move over my line to a new premises for almost 2 weeks I keep getting calls and keep getting asked the same questions over and over again I keep getting told that a new order will be placed so for 2 weeks no order was placed however I was debited for services I don't have I feel as an isp they are not honest enough when trying to retain the service
