Afrihost.... Here we go again.....

I switched over to Afrihost's MTN Fixed LTE about 2 weeks ago and to be honest, I HAVE HAD IT NOW WITH AFRIHOST'S HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I was with them previously and promised myself NOT TO USE Afrihost ever again, my internet has been going offline this WHOLE week EVERY SINGLE DAY! Then I struggle anything from 3 to six hours to get a hold of them to get my internet back online again!!! Today I have been without internet for 2,5 hours already, Afrihost's whatsapp shows online but if you try and chat with them, you get a message that it's offline. Then MTN tower it literally 50m away from my house so my signal is VERY good, Afrihost just resets my connection every day and then it works again, but I have HAD it now, if Afrihost does not sort out my problem today once and for all, I WILL go to the Ombudsman with them.....
