Afrihost has zero effective support

We have had the worst experience with Afrihost regarding the fibre connection at our offices since 22 September with no resolution or even positive feedback. This is causing us major financial loss. Absolutely unacceptable and Afrihost should be ashamed. Their Whatsapp support line is useless and they don't offer any other alternative support structure. What a disappointing experience. Afrihost, you should be ashamed of your advertising as it creates a complete misconception of your services levels.
