Afrihost has Terrible service

<p>Damon in hosting support received a clear telephone request to send us a new ftp password for our domain. Instead he sent an email telling us to send a password.</p> <p> </p> <p>We rep**** with further support tickets instructing him to send it to us. Those were ignored.<br /><br />We called again and he said he had not received our support request. We told him we'd report him on hellopeter.<br /><br />After that call and threat, we finally received a new ftp password.<br /><br />Congrats Afrihost on a superstar passive aggressive customer support desk. <br /><br />Good luck as customers leave.<br /><br /></p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
