Afrihost has terrible presales so bad I actually decided against signing with them.

This was the agent who attempted to assist me signing up. They were like a robot with absolutely no effort or work ethic to help me sign up. I have the chat history with the agent and refused to help me and put in effort. Useless agent terrible work ethic.
