Afrihost has no support

After getting amazing service for quite some time thing have taken a turn for the worst. At the moment I have 3 problems that Afrihost has been unable to solve for months now. 1 - Returning a router I bought from them - Cant be returned because of lock-down. This does not make sense as they keep making deliveries. 2 - Unable to help me setup a sim on my laptop. After repeated calls and emails(most miss-read by the help team) I am still unable to use the sim. 3 - Unable to use sim on my Ipad now as well.

Help team seems to be very ineffective and unable to communicate or read messages effectively.
