Afrihost has no idea what their doing!!

Used to live in portlands, had great internet connection, moved to colorado and my connection drops every 2 minutes, thats with 1 device connected. I tried Streaming netflix and it played for a minute then started buffering and as well all know, netflix kicks you out after no connection for 2 minutes....imagine watching a 1 hour and 20 minute movie for 3.5 hours because of having to reconnect....multiple speed tests done and i get around 1.55 mps to 3.45mps....FOR A 20MPS LINE....this is ridiculous right? Wrong!! I messgaed them on whatsapp and spoke to Fumani R, wow, went around the entire point every time he typed something....doesnt surprise me, the came whatsapp team sent me 3 adsl routers before.
