Afrihost has no customer service

I have veen with Afrihost for 7 years. Their communication skills and customer care has dropped significantly the last 2 years. I contacted them on Saturday asking them to please get their accounts department to contact me regarding a failed payment and to move my debit order date. I haven't received a call but did get back and forth mails of no help. Today they suspended my internet. They have gone from a company who used to care about its customers to one that only cares abouth getting more clients and getting more money.
