AFRIHOST HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Afrihost just sent me an email that I owe them my monthly installment..... THEY DIDN'T DEBIT, THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME LAST MONTH. It must be the festive that drove Your staff crazy. Now I am being told that this is my second time in six months with a missed payment how... I can show my bank statements from last month AFRIHOST AND IT'S ALL USELESSENES DIDNT DEBIT... Please remove my account from accounts with late payment.... I ALWAYS have MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT.... can You debit and please get Your *********** staff and pathetic systems in order.... If You cancel my services I will defintley contact the consumer ombudsman and take my business elsewhere, actually I am contacting them now just to motivate competence.
