Afrihost has no after sale service

We have been a client of afrihost for 3 years with a bill of R28000 per month and we still get no service<br> We recommend not using Afrihost for Internet and hosting as the call centre puts the calls down if they don't feel like working (Matthew) or helping and there is no complaints department as well.<br> We have been trying to fix 2 mobile sims since 1 February 2016 and every month they still bill us for the packages that haven't worked since day 1 we have been passed on from person to person for weeks on end and now they blatantly don't return calls and still have not fixed the issue.<br> We are in the process of moving all our clients away form these sharks and tired of the attitudes from there staff we have been requesting a chat with there CEO \Warren Naika\" and still he hasn't bothered to call us after threatening to move our business elsewhere you would think they would call back for the amount of money we give them per month and I would expect good service<br> PLEASE AVOID AFRIHOST AT ALL COSTS THEY DON'T CARE FOR THERE CLIENTS AT ALL AND THERE IS NO SERVICE WE ALWAYS HAVE TO RUN AFTER THEM BECAUSE THE NEVER RETURN CALLS<br> "
