Afrihost has lost there 5star ratings - poor service for months

I was always happy with the service of Afrihost, but the last few months, its everything but pleasant - there is no feedback on emails, after being a dedicated client for years, there is no response when a matter is urgent, and when you try to call them, its always an issue.. Our domains have been of for 4days, with just we apologize, but the issue is with them, if we don't phone, there is no response, and our domains is not working at all. They are very quick to cut you off, when you are a day late with payment, but when we need urgent assistance, there is nothing!
