Afrihost has lost the signal

For more than a week internet coverage is just about non existent. Every single day I report with speed tests attach and all I get are empty promises. Today it's gone and I have to conduct my business on my mobile data. I subscribed to Afrihost's most expensive LTE package, (I cannot get fibre) and based on THEIR claims that they are the best. It seems they are the best if things go well, but if things go not so well, I am the one that has to stand on a table with the router above my had, whistling Sarie Marais backwards to try and get a signal to give me a glimmer of hope, but to no avail.
