Afrihost has lost it's touch

Been trying for weeks, and weeks, Afrihost and Metrofibre...still waiting for them to sort out my line - it's supposed to be now at 25 Mb/s but it's not. They taking forever to fix this. Keep sending them endless screenshots and following their instructions but it's getting nowhere. This is getting ridiculous now. Since lockdown they have gone down badly.
