Afrihost has lost its title as best ISP

Afrihost had been one of few ISP's in SA who I thought had their stuff together. Sadly, this has changed as their customer service and their products have all gone to waste. I spoke to 5 (possibly more) Afrihost assistants about my LTE service and why it kept losing connection every hour and why, when it actually did connect, the speeds were next to nothing. All 5, including a 'supervisor' told me that the fault was on my end, yet this was after I had followed their guide step-by-step on 'fixing' my issue. I was told I could move to another ISP or just live with my problem. I recognise this is not something to be worked up over, but this level of incomoetent behjaviour is infuriating. What kind of business is being run where its easier to tell a customer to leave rather than help them resolve the issue? Afrihost, jy's vol ***.
