Afrihost has left me without lte connection for 14 days

I ordered the MTN pure LTE 60gb + 60gb night time package because my friend told me its had a good connection. It has been two weeks since i received my SIM and device, I still don’t have connection. Every time I contact afrihost for help they tell me they need more information from another department and they will call me back later. They have NEVER called me back and their 48 hours to activate is now on 336 hours without activating. The staff is friendly but they help you with absolutely nothing!
