AFRIHOST has been hit by BEE

I have been your customer for 6 years. Your service was second to none. We could call anytime of the day and was always helped with knowledgeable guys. It looks like you have gone BEE and now your service has as well. I have moved back into my house (where Afrihost got the Fibre connected a few years ago). I moved in on the 1st of Feb and it's the 12th and I am still without internet. I have spent over an hour on calls trying to sort this out. Your staff keep cutting the calls when I ask for a manager. I have requested 'call backs' from your website and was given a reference and time I would have been contacted by and I have not yet been called. I honestly can't believe this!!!
