Afrihost has been charging me since 2016 for Afrihost Plus+ and refuse a refund.

They have been debiting me R99 to R109 for a redundant product called Afrihost Plus+ which was an add on product linked to a sim card package. I cancelled the sim card in 2016 and they have continued to charge me every since. That's over R10k

They refuse to refund me for a product I cannot even use and I got zero response from the *** email. I sent two emails with no response.

Another classic case of a big company that does not care because I am just 1 of millions of clients.

I will be taking my R1500/month business elsewhere.
