Afrihost has become worse every year (TELKOM 2.0)

i rely on internet to work but for the last 7 days i have been without it. i was guaranteed it would be back up within 48 hours of the initial complaint. its been a week that i havn't been able to work, and i strongly doubt they would be paying for my loss of income as there is no agency or accountability in this country anymore.

if i don't get my internet back up by today i will have to start looking for another provider as i need to work
