Afrihost has become a joke

I have been a loyal Afrihost customer for about 10 years. I remember voting for them in ISP of the year awards etc.

Afrihost is not what is was, and probably will never be.

For the past two weeks I have sent messages on Facebook to Rain and to Afrihost. I also logged two tickets with Afrihost and sent multiple emails with speedtest screenshots info, answered questions etc. to these people manning these accounts : ***, *** Sithembiso Itumeleng Fortunate Keenan Thulani Mihlali

My problem : My Rain LTE tower is so congested, most days I get 0.1 Mbps downloads and some days even 0.0 For a few minutes a week I can get 10+ Mbps. Nothing wrong with my pc, nothing wrong with my router or my settings. The tower. Is. Congested. All the while uploads still work fine at 3 - 20 Mbps.

After all the back and forth messages it comes down to this: - Rain says I'm welcome to cancel my account with Afrihost. The don't give a ****. - Afrihost is not going to log a ticket with Rain like they said they would. They also don't give a ****. They don't want to sort out the problem. They also want me to cancel my Rain LTE and then sign up for something else with them. What a joke.
