Afrihost gives shocking service

I have requested multiple times for my domain to be transfered to my new hosting company, I am supposed to get a ticket to approve it but I never do. My new hosting company has sent the reuest several times. It's impossible to get hold of Afrihost to assist... And when you finally do get to talk to someone after being on hold for an eternity they just tell me to approve the transfer on the email I got... great I didn't get an email, ever, not in spam, not anywhere, get all the other emails about my billing, my complaint I get the same reply so not an issue with the mail. This is now seriously effecting my business!!! Such bad service, stay away from Afrihost!!!!
