Afrihost gives really bad service

Afrihost appears to be a professional company, but beware. I app**** for fibre internet service. Of all the companies that acts as service providers, Afrihost clients got their installations last. Then I still do not have service. My problem is that it is impossible to communicate with them and they have NO interest in providing service or help. I tried phoning. I was no 22 in line! Got to no 9 when my airtime ran out. Loaded more, was no 22 again. I gave up after hanging on for 20 minutes. Then I used their sms service - "Call back service" I received a callback after 7 hours. The person tried to sort out the problem - could not - said that he will call back. There was not call back. That was yesterday. I emailled. I have had no response on any email for 24 hours now. I went on their facebook site and after ranting a bit someone messaged me. Tried to help - logged a complaint - nothing since. (Also yesterday). Please do not use this company. There are many others and I since spoke to people and most are happy with their service providers apart from Telkom. I cannot actually give the low rating of one for service. I have not had any and I have no internet!

I am now sitting with 0.89 internet speed (just tested it). The service is so bad that they really should be taken on about this and I will! I am paying for a 20MB line and in the evening it goes down to below 2 - some evenings below 1MB. This means they have too many people on one line. This is *******. I do understand some dips, but a constant low makes this service useless. I got the 20MB line to stream and with this I can hardly operate the browser. It is a joke. They sell 5MB lines, but it does not matter what you buy, you get1MB!!!!!
