Afrihost gives continued poor service
I have been with Afrihost for a number of years now and unfortunately every time there is a problem with my Fibre service they pass the buck onto Vumatel Long story short they collect your fee each month and don't show much concern if there are issues. Good business model 👌 guys reaping reward for poor service.

18 May 2024, 08:26Day 4 still no help from Adrihost on my fibre line. No follow up just a poorly constructed whatsapp line that makes it easy to fob off clients. They say they are checking my line but Iam sure they all have a laugh 😃. Then pass the buck to Vumatel. This industry needs stronger regulation, we pay a fortune to these nerds every mo th and the service is atrocious.
