AFRIHOST GIVES BAD SERVICE

I app**** for a Voip service with Afrihost, which I paid for upfront and emailed the proof of payment to the accounts department, twice. After 4 days of contacting Afrihost every day, I am still being told they are very sorry for the inconvenience, the matter has been escalated, and the development team will get back to me shortly. Needless to say, I am not impressed. The few rands I have saved because they were cheaper than Hetzner, is really not worth it, I'll go back to Hetzner rather. At least they are quick on their turn around time.
