Afrihost from customer service system pointless

I was a 'super-fan' of Afrihost for around 14 years, always recommending them thanks to their excellent customer service to whomever asked for a good ISP. I don't know what has happened but things have, however, gone pear-shaped ovrer the past year or two. Their customer service system is completely pointless. I would give zero stars if it was possible. I would hate to be one of their customer service consultants as they try their best but are hamstrung by a system that frustrates customers to a point where we are now looking for other options. If someone at Afrihost who has any interest in retaining customers and their good name wants to hear the details and suggested improvements in the system feel free to contact me - I have written a book (almost) based on my experiences...
