Afrihost - from best ISP to probably the worst!

I've recently migrated to MTN Pure LTE from Cell C, it worked great for a couple of days, this morning no access. Logged a support ticket which was answered with a nonsense answer probably just for the sake of answering. Since then I have not been able to get hold of support via the support ticket, WhatsApp or the call center.

With the poor service and customer support I've received the last couple of months I can honestly say I regret recommending Afrihost to friends and colleges.
