Afrihost *****

We signed up a 2 year agreement contract with Afrihist for fivre of 20 Mpbs downloads and 20 Mpbs Upload for a free installation and a monthly service fee of R 857 per month for 2 years a month after we signed the agreement we get a fee increase of R50 without any engagement at all then they sent am email saying they are reducing the speed of the of the fibre and an extra R200 was to be paid this email was sent on 17th July 2020 again no engagement of the change of contract was mentioned or said...... our internet has started to buffer and downloads have become slow we got it tested and it shows that it was reduced to 10 Mpbs Afrihost is taking us for a rise and spine off and ever since we signed up with them its been one increase after another and no explanation whatsoever contact with them and several emails to the CEO Gian has yielded no results and response can anyone help as Afrihost is of no use and we are told on the 17th July that 2 emails that its the last chance and last day as they will cut the speed in half can the Ombudsman help in this regard
