Afrihost. Fixing Joe and Sally's perception one client at a time

Hello Client Support Manager, I dialed in today in order to resolve my client problem (emails failed to send/receive) and I waited inline to talk to a consultant. While I waited, I checked the hellopeter website on the latest info regarding client experience. I was shocked to read how many clients complain about your service. Well I am a client for quite a while and always had great service from you.

It was after 28 minutes (your auto voice was spot on with the expected duration) that I spoke to Tshepiso who gauged my level of expertise as he assisted me with fixing it. In the end it took another 45 min to resolve which is quite reasonable since ICT issues are NOT for Joe Sixpack and Sally Punchclerk to resolve.

I must say that Tshepiso assisted me with a professional flair and humor. You should ask him what he does and replicate his formula with a larger team to bring the waiting time down.

Afrihost is great and I don’t know what Joe and Sally are moaning about! Goodluck in 2020.

I will put something up in hellopeter as well.
