Afrihost Fixed Lte SUCKS!!!!

Never in my life since 56k dialup modems have I had such terrible internet service than I have now with Fixed lte from Afrihost. They tell you there is no throttling but I am unable to stream ANYTHING on this ******* service, if I do a speedtest I get 30mbps download and 16mbps upload, but I cannot do ANYTHING with it. I lost over 30gb of data last month because I am unable to use the service for what I have bought it. I am even unable to stream a 240p video without it buffering every couple of seconds. I pay R850 a month for a UNUSABLE service and EVERY SINGLE time you report it they tell you that you have to reset the modem or move it around the house or put the simcard in another device???!!! Just a waste of time as I get freaking 30mbps+ but the service is shaped to badly you cant stream anything....
