Afrihost Fixed LTE from MTN poor product and service.

Afrihost FIXED LTE from MTN, I used my router away from my home for 2 wks and then suddenly it stopped working today. I contacted Afrihost, we troubleshooted and agent advise the router is the issue. I was about to spend R2000 then checked and it was Afrihost that suspended the account as it was being used outside its geolocation site. The time I reported the issue was 11h00 and it was resolved at 18h00. An entire day of work lost. Frustration at having to deal with agents with attitude, it was rude. Fixed LTE, geo location etc. beside the point. I was using the router with no issue waiting at my kids school 10 km away from home with no issue as they were writing year end assessments . Then when I go to work it not only stops working the account is suspended and it takes a very long time to identify and then resolve the issue. Afrihost be clear of the poor products you sell. Afrihost, train your people to understand the products you sell, empower your employees. I live in an under privileged area and we are fighting to get fibre installed in our area and then you guys still give poor service with attitude to boot is not fair and cannot be accepted. We are spending a fortune in data costs and "just" have to take the poor value for money.
