Afrihost Fixed LTE

Never thought this day would come. I have been using Afrihost for over a decade, and I have never received bad service from them. It's disheartening to see such a reputable company providing such poor service lately.

I've been experiencing issues with my Telkom sim card since the 12th of May. Every time I contact Afrihost, they claim it's a problem with Telkom. I even suggested getting a new sim card, but no one has given me a proper response.

What's even stranger is that every four days, a new person emails me asking which sim card I'm referring to, despite the fact that this information should already be available in their system.
