Afrihost Fixed LTE

We have been with Afrihost since 2012 and up until now have received nothing but superb service. We certainly hope that with their growth this service level has not come to an end as that appears to be the case here.

The entire process from start to finish of delivery of their Fixed LTE offering (which we have now been told has been cancelled by the courier?!?) leaves a VERY bad taste in the mouth.

Whats more we now get told, 'just replace your order' which we would happily do with the exception that we will NOT receive the double data deal offered on the first order.

The support staff seemed uninterested to accept responsibility for the issues along the way always making the obligation on us the client to resolve the issue.

After much hair pulling......WE STILL HAVE NO Fixed LTE device or service!
