Afrihost Fixed LTE

Afrihost fixed LTE service from MTN is the worst service afrihost by as offered. I have been calling at least everyday and it gets sorted for an hour then it gets suspended. I dont the problem is on MTN because if you sign a Fixed LTE package you need to make sure you use it on the address you signed up. Once you change you will need to get afrihost to send the changes to MTN. I have spoken to 5 different support agents and no one had sent the address changes. The service is shocking. I will never sign up a fixed lte again with afrihost. Its only that they are so good with everything else otherwise I would have canceled everything else.
