Afrihost Fibre worst service ever

Joined Afrihost fibre from 6th of February , they are using a vumatel line. Since inception the line has never been active , every week I logged tickets to the point where even the technicians spent a full day at my place on their 6th visit to try and resolve the issue. On the 2nd of March I called Afrihost to cancel and refund me my February amount. They instead kept sending technicians and refused to pay my money stating they have credited for March and I must pay the difference for a service that no only did I not receive but didn't work at all. Today on the 13th of March their accounts division calls me to say they have the line operational and they can't cancel or refund me my money. This is the worst service I've ever received and I wouldn't advise anyone to join Afrihost Fibre
