Afrihost Fibre Worst Dishonest Company

I was very excited when i first heard how cheap the data charged by Afrihost. I noticed that their data does not last compared to other service providers such as Telkom. I then decided to cancel my services after few months. To my surprise Afrihost is charging me R999.00 and when i call their call center i am not getting a straight answer for the charge am only told that it relates to the services they offered me despite the fact that i was not on contract with i was pay as you use and all the data they loaded was paid for and records there to prove.

While i was going through some reviews on this site i realized that some clients are told the charge is for cancellation fee and a free router that they offer to clients. This is day ******* this people when you sign up for their services they offer you FREE router and there are no conditions attached.
