Afrihost Fibre with Openserve

Excellent service, BUT only when you sign up for Fibre and Openserve arrive within 12hrs to install.

Going on 1.5 months now, and the line has never been activated, due to installer and admin not communicating properly.

Afrihost logs an installation fault ticket with Openserve like 2 weeks ago, they then dust their hands and sit back, knowing that they have done everything in their power to help me.

Openserve have still not fixed the issue.

I can't even cancel with Afrihost now, and arrange Firbe from another provider, because they will charge me R900 "installation fee" - for a botched up installation!
